How to Register with CHL Mortgages

Select “Legal and General Mortgage Club” from the dropdown list of mortgage clubs when you submit a DIP.

To register with Chorley Building Society, simply click.

Register with Nationwide

When following our registration process, you'll see an option asking ‘Which brand(s) are you registering for?’.

  • Select 'Nationwide' - to register for Nationwide only.
  • Select 'Both' - to register for both Nationwide for Intermediaries (NFI) and The Mortgage Works (TMW). Or to add Nationwide to your existing TMW registration.

Once submitted, we'll update our records. You'll then receive an email to create your password when your registration has been approved. You'll then be able to login and submit cases through NFI Online.

Amend existing registration details

You can amend your existing registration details by signing onto NFI Online and selecting 'manage my details'. From here you will have the option to select three tabs, Personal Details, Company Details, Submission Routes.

To view or update your mailing preferences, e-mail address or contact details, please select Personal Details.

If you wish to update the address that is printed on KFIs and Offers, please select Company Details.

  • Log in to NFI Online
  • Select 'Manage my details'
  • To add an additional mortgage club, select the 'Submission routes' tab.

  • Signed copy of KFI
  • Latest 2x pay slip and P60 (employed)
  • 2 years audited accounts + 6 month company bank statements (self employed)

We ask that intermediaries register with us once they have an application to submit, as inactive intermediaries are removed from panel if they don’t use us for a little while.

The Society accepts mortgage applications from intermediaries based within our heartland area (Cumbria, Yorkshire, Tyne & Wear, Northumberland, Durham & Lancashire).  We have agreed that several Legal & General Mortgage Club members qualify as a selected partner.  If you are located outside of our heartland area and are unsure of whether we will accept business from you, please just give us a call.

Whilst we can accept full applications without a DIP, we strongly recommend you obtain a Decision in Principle first. As well as giving you an initial decision, you will be advised what documents are required to submit the case. When requesting a DIP, you MUST complete an Affordability Calculator, ensuring accurate data is used in respect of income and expenditure. We cannot provide an accurate DIP without an Affordability Calculation
