Legal & General has been in business since 1836 and has established itself as a market leader in sectors like life insurance and workplace pensions. The group launched its Modular Homes business after recognising the need for new solutions to tackle the UK's housing crisis. We work closely with the company's other housing arms, such as the Build to Rent and Affordable Homes teams. Legal & General has a strong background in the property sector, investing in urban regeneration, financing affordable housing and now building modular homes.
