Rob has been working at Legal & General for 31 years. Rob started his career within Operations and moved to Distribution in 2002.

Amanda joined Legal & General Home Finance in 2020, bringing with her over thirty years of experience in the financial services industry. She started her career in 1987 at NPI, a small pensions company. Once NPI expanded into equity release in 1995, Amanda quickly progressed from a telephone adviser, to a field adviser covering the Midlands all the way to the tip of Scotland.The company became known as In Retirement Services.
In 2005, Amanda joined Aegon as a telephone account manager, advising on their pensions and investments and eventually their guaranteed income products. Amanda returned to equity release in 2014 when she joined More2life. By 2016, Amanda was the organisation’s sole BDM covering the whole of the UK.
Amanda now plays a key part within our specialist channel, working closely with our top accounts to help them grow their business through our range of later life mortgages.
